3500 Calories in One Pound of Body Fat

Some say the cause of obesity is an imbalance in the body, emotions and mind.

Lets remember, there are 3500 calories in one pound of body fat.  By eliminating just 500 calories per day for one week …lets say realistically, you could very well lose one pound of body fat per week.  500 x 7 day = 3500 calories …it’s mathematics.

The obesity problem in this country …with out a doubt…45% of the time, is related to over eating and eating too much of the wrong food…eating to much fattening food.
