Summary
The suggested primary role of the Healthy Systems Nutritionals independent sales rep is to utilize sales, communication, organization and relationship building skills to build long term relationships with satisfied customers to exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
Part I:

Maintain a positive solution-oriented attitude and always present yourself in a positive and enthusiastic manner.

Sell Healthy Systems products to customers while motivating and educating customers to refer other customers.

Educate customers to effectively use Healthy Systems products to improve their health.

Build long-term relationships with customers through honest and ethical behavior.

Provide great customer service to build long-term relationships and satisfied customers.

Exceed weekly sales goals every week ....(two new customers each week).

Submit customer evaluations reports at the end of every week.
Part II:
- Achieve customer Webinar attendance goals by selling the benefits of continuing education for your customers.
- Continually improve product knowledge and sales skills through personal commitment.
- Send a minimum of 25 new prospects to your personal website each working day. Either by telephone, fax, email, flyers, social media, classified ads or face to face. Be creative!
- Attend all company sponsored training and support Webinars.
- Demonstrate proficient product knowledge.
- Demonstrate honest and ethical sales skills.
- Maintain and exhibit a positive mental attitude.
