Why Use a Thermogenic Product to Help Lose Weight?

reduce 500 calories a day

Just reduce 500 calories a day and lose one pound a week!

Of course everyone would like to have the body of an Olympic athlete and bring home the gold metal …however, we still believe that the key to successful weight management and weight control is to make physical exercise, eating less fattening food and eliminating at least 500 less calories per day part of your daily routine.

Any exercise you choose will work just fine. Whether it’s running, swimming, walking and adding resistance exercise …or any other type of activity that will increase the number of calories your body burns.

Eliminating those 500 less calories everyday should be pretty basic just by reading the labels and getting to know what foods are the high calorie foods …staying away from sugar and the processed, packaged foods will go a long way to eliminate those 500 less calories.

When you consume more calories than your body can burn off …the results is weight gain.  When your body burns more calories than you consume …you lose weight.

There’s 3500 calories in one pound of body fat …eliminating just 500 calories per day times 5 days per week equals 3500 calories.  At the end of the week, you could lose one pound of body fat.

500 x 7 = 3500 = 1 pound.

Losing just one pound of body fat every week adds up to significant weight lose at the end of the month …four to five pounds at least.

In addition to losing those extra pounds …your body not only begins to feel and look better …it will also improve your overall health, while protecting you from the following health problems:

  • Heart disease and stroke
  • High blood pressure
  • High LDL (bad cholesterol)
  • Diabetes
  • Back Pain
  • Osteoporosis
  • Obesity

In addition, physical exercise plays an important role in increasing thermogenesis.  Several studies have shown that exercising for 20-30 minutes after eating a meal nearly doubles the thermogenic effect of the meal.

Stimulating thermogenesis is the key to increasing the effectiveness of any weight management program.  However, in order to stimulate thermogenesis, we have to find the most effective way to trigger the hormones and cell receptors that regulate the fat burning process.

Fortunately, we have the product that safely triggers the chemical messengers that stimulates thermogenics resulting in fat lose.

It’s known as Super ForceONE and is available from Healthy Systems Nutritionals.

At Healthy Systems Nutritionals …we always recommend this weight lose protocol:

  • Consult with an experience health care practitioner.
  • Supplement with a balanced multi-vitamin, mineral, enzyme product.

Cause of Obesity …You Need to Ask the Hard Questions

With the growing trend of adults being over weight, could it be possible that the population as a whole is not getting the needed physical exercise for maintaining proper weight and health?

With more than 30% of the population in this country showing up with an obesity weight problem with no end in sight …Americans are adding about three or four pounds of extra weight per year.

It is estimated that even with billions of dollars every year being spent on the pandemic, more and more adults are adding unwanted inches to their waistline.

Obesity and Diet

Remember ...Food is "instant happiness." But can be very disappointing in the long run.

Some of the latest data coming in claim that about 20-50% of Americans are involved in some sort of diet plan which estimates that close to 30 billion dollars every year is paid out for diet plans and diet products.

This is a huge amount of dollars spent in the weight loss industry …and it doesn’t seem to be working for the most part…and those that do stick with these weight loss programs and shed those unwanted pounds, it is said that most will gain the weight back in 2-5 years.  Hmmmmm, not good!

So we ask the question again …is this obesity problem, in part, due to the lack of physical exercise and activity?

Some of the experts say, yes.  While other say, it is a combination of conditions that could possibly be part of the problem.

  • Some say it’s because of our lifestyle.
  • Some say it’s because of fast food.
  • Some say it’s because of processed food.
  • Some say it’s because of huge amounts of sugar added to all foods (read the labels) …sugar is in everything.
  • Other say it’s hormonal.
  • Still other say it’s because of slow metabolism.
  • Yet, others believe it’s because of the lack of physical exercise.

If we’re going to point fingers…all of the above could be a good place to point, because all of the above reasons have something to do, in part,  with the weight problem in this country.

Too much of a good thing usually ends up being a problem.  So, this weight problem could be, maybe …just may be the results of to much of a good thing….hmmmmm?

Think about this for a minute.  Everything we do …we do it in a hurry.  We hurry to do this.  We hurry to get everything done.  We hurry to eat breakfast …eggs, bacon and butter, jelly toast …excess calories.

We hurry to get our morning work completed.  We hurry through our lunch …usually a fast food or the drive thru …high in calories.  We rush back to work to get the afternoon walk finished …then out to a high calorie dinner.  And then we wonder where all of the weight comes from.

This type of lifestyle, over the course of a year or so …without any physical exercise program in place …will defiantly add a few pounds to the body…without a doubt!

Keep in mind that there are 3500 calories in one pound of body weight.  The average size body will burn approximately 2000 calories a day at rest …no movement or activity.  That said, to lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume.

We encourage everyone of you on a weight loss program to eliminate just 500 less calories per day from your regular diet …that will be a net loss of about one pound of body fat per week.

As an added benefit to your weight loss program …add the supplements, Super ForceONE to “rev” your metabolism and burn even more calories …and LifeTrim to curb your appetite against sweets and carbohydrate… know your supplier.

Obesity …Weight Maintenance and Your Health

fight obesity with fruits and Vegetables

The color of your food is important. Buy your food by the color.

Since the loss of that excess weight and the maintenance of your proper weight is the best contribution you can do for yourself to live a long and healthy life …it’s best to get on a weight reducing diet and lose those excess unwanted pounds.

When you make your decision to begin your weight loss diet …weight loss maintenance accomplishes much more than just keeping you from getting fatter …it’s actually a health preservation program that not only protects you from the disastrous results of obesity, it appears to prevent a multitude of diseases that are related to weight gain caused by eating foods high in sugar and refined processed foods.

The weight loss and weight maintenance program we’ll discuss here is really a very simple and basic program anyone can do if they’re serious about losing that excess weight.

For you to reach your weight loss goal and accomplish permanent weight control …you have to ask the hard question.  How am I going to successfully accomplish this weight loss program?

Well, first off, there are several important steps that need to be followed …shop and eat by the colors …that is, make sure you eat your 5-7 (more if possible) helpings of fresh vegetables everyday …preferably organic.  This will give you plenty of fiber.

  • Shop by the colors …from red berries to plum purple …eat foods such as red peppers, watermelons and tomatoes …from orange colors like carrots, sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, apricots, mangos, oranges, papayas and tangerines.  And don’t forget the yellow and green vegetables like yellow squash, cabbage, broccoli and kale to add to the fiber.
  • Stay away from refined sugar and refined white flour …use a sweetener such as Stevia and whole-wheat flour.
  • Use vitamin supplements …know your supplier …and drink plenty of clean fresh filtered water.
  • Make sure you get sufficient exercise.
  • As an added benefit …supplement your weight loss program with Super ForceONE which will “rev” up your metabolism …and burn excess calories …and LifeTrim which will curb your appetite for sweets and carbohydrates.

As you can see, this is really a common sense weight loss program that is easy to follow and you should have no difficulty following it since it involves no extraordinary changes in your meal planning.

Remember, there are 3500 calories in one pound.  Eliminate just 500 less calories per day and in seven days (one week) you can lose one pound of body fat.

Since this weight loss program automatically reduces the amount of calories your body receives, it alone can produce loss of weight in overweight people …in addition to  supplementing with Super ForceONE and LifeTrim …it’s common to shed 8 -10 pounds of body fat each month.

  1. What system of exercise should you follow?
  2. When should you exercise?
  3. Where will you exercise?
  4. How will you find time to exercise?

That’s your choice …just remember, the number of calories burned is proportional to the effort you put into your exercise program.

The exercise that leaves you tired and  breathing heavily does you the most good for your health, your weight loss and your weight maintenance program.  What’s more, when using the  supplements mentioned above…know your supplier.

Obesity …is it an Excuse?

Over the past 20 years or so, everyone has a different view on the obesity (fat) problem here in America.  All the

Obesity is it an excuse

The hamburger of 25 years ago 200 calories ...the same today about 325 calories

experts agree and disagree on the reasons why this pandemic has finally hit the mass media.

Most of the people who are overweight will always try and make excuses as to why they can’t maintain their proper weight …in other words; they justify, and push the blame on something, or some other cause.  Such as, I have slow metabolism and don’t burn the calories off fast enough.  Or I have a hormonal problem; therefore, I have no control regarding my weight problem.  Or I don’t have time for an exercise program, that’s why I have a problem controlling my weight.

Those excuses may have worked before, but in this day and age …that won’t get it, because with all the new data coming out by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention …reports that in general, most of the weight gain (fat gain) is because we, as a whole, are simply eating to much food.

As the research shows …adult women are eating about 350 more calories each day than they did 20-30 years ago.  Adult men have added almost 200 more calories from the same time period.

Not only are we eating more processed and junk food…we are also eating more protein, carbohydrates and fats …not to mention the increased amount of sugar each person consumes because it’s added to everything we eat, at the manufactures level.

It’s almost in part, due to our lifestyle and because of our typical western diet that we’ve all grown accustom to.   Not only do we eat out more often, because of our lifestyle… we have the convenience of the fast food, processed junk food and the “sugar shacks” now available on every cross-roads USA.

Here’s some other facts most people don’t realize.

The hamburgers of 25 years ago had 200 calories …today the average hamburger has roughly 325 calories.  Same with the French fries …25 years ago, French fries had 200 calories …today they’re around 600 calories.  Add to those numbers, the Coke or Pepsi that used to be an 8 oz serving is now 16-32 oz.  If you crunch the numbers …the calorie intake has doubled over the past 25 years.  This my friends, has a lot to do with the obesity problem in this country.

We can’t forget about working habits in this equation, Lets face it, we just don’t burn those calories setting behind a desk and clicking the mouse.

And what about our exercise habits and how they fit into the equation …because most families have to work two and three jobs just to make ends meet …most are to tired and exhausted to participate in an exercise program.

This obesity problem has a high toll to pay.

Obesity, in one way or another is associated with over 400,000 deaths a year with increased risks of heart disease, diabetes, colon cancer, breast cancer and more.

When the data is studies, heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis and gull stones …you’ll find that a healthy weight always shows a much better risk factor than those overweight and obese.

With this fat, obese, or morbidly obese health problem in this country …you can be sure that in 95% of the cases, the obesity problem is related to over eating of the fattening foods.

Always keep it in mind there are 3500 calories in one pound of body weight.  When you consume more calories than your body can burn off …you will gain weight.  It’s mathematics.

Here’s a weight loss tip for the day.

Try adding some “fiber” to your diet and drink plenty of clean fresh filtered water with 2-4 ounces of “the best tasting aloe” everyday …and for the added benefit… “rev” up your metabolism with SuperForceONE and curb your appetite with LifeTrim…know your

3500 Calories in One Pound of Body Fat!

Obesity and imbalances

Some say the cause of obesity is an imbalance in the body, emotions and mind.

Lets remember, there are 3500 calories in one pound of body fat.  By eliminating just 500 calories per day for one week …lets say realistically, you could very well lose one pound of body fat per week.  500 x 7 day = 3500 calories …it’s mathematics.

The obesity problem in this country …with out a doubt…45% of the time, is related to over eating and eating too much of the wrong food…eating to much fattening food.

Being over weight, some say, is caused by the imbalances in the body, emotions and the mind …where food is used as a substitute for certain feelings, where food is not supplying nutrients needed and where your thoughts may lead you down the wrong road about food you’re eating and your food choices.

Some, say many factors are responsible for the underlying obesity problem…

…here’s a partial list:

  1. Depleted brain chemistry
  2. Low calorie diets which causes overeating
  3. Blood sugar problems
  4. Thyroid function
  5. Food allergies
  6. Hormone imbalance
  7. Yeast overgrowth
  8. Essential fatty acid deficiency
  9. Eating to much of the fattening foods
  10. Consuming more calories than our body burns off
  11. Not getting enough physical exercise

Most factors on this list, in one way or another, in the long run, causes food cravings …cravings which are mostly cravings for sugar, sweets and carbohydrate which give that “feel good feeling”. However, on the other hand, this causes a crash at the other end …creating another craving cycle, over and over again until the calorie intake is out of balance …results, added weight.

Those food cravings are real and are linked to key chemicals in the brain.  When your brain is low in certain brain chemicals, you tend to crave certain food (mostly carbohydrates and sweets) …making you feel depressed as well as irritability, anxiety and many other emotional problems.  All, a sign of brain chemical deficiency which creates food craving signals …sending  messages to eat more food …results …gain more weight.

Don’t give up…

…there is a light at the end of the tunnel.  There are several steps to overcoming those food cravings and the first would be, to begin the day with a good choice of breakfast…getting nutrition into your body that is needed.  The breakfast should supply foods consisting of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, protein and fiber.  This will supply the body with the nutrients needed to curb the cravings.

Then, supplement your healthy food choices with amino acids.  Glutamine will stop the cravings for sweets and starches caused by low blood sugar or hypoglycemia.  Try taking two 500 mg of glutamine three times a day between meals to stop the craving for sweets and carbohydrates.

Two other supplements…

…that has proven to “rev” up the metabolism and eliminate the craving for sweets and carbohydrates are Super ForceONE and LifeTrim …the recommendations is, two Super ForceONE capsules, two times per day and …Life Trim, two capsules 20-30 minutes before each meal for best results.

When you’re ready to make the choice…

…commit to your choice and then put it all into action …with 500 less calories per day, supplement with Super ForceONE, LifeTrim and drink plenty of clean, fresh, filtered water with 2-4 ounces of “the best tasting Aloe” juice everyday… I’m certain you will experience positive results with your weight loss program …know your supplier.

Is lack of activity and exercise a cause of obesity?

OK, that time of the year is over and gone.  The holiday season was here and the food was delicious…and it was definitely calling our name …good stuff!

And with all the cooking parties we had to attend and the festive cocktails we consumed…those days now gone…we had better be prepared to get back on the right track.

Overcome the odds on obesity

Overcome the odds on obesity!definitely calling our name …good stuff! And with all the cooking parties we had to attend and the festive cocktails we consumed…those days now gone…we had better be prepared to get back on the right track.

We now have to get that mind set…

…to stay healthy and watch the calories …just one piece …not the usual two, three and four pieces of those delightful pastries.

As we begin this new year, 2011…all the research and data shows that …with more than 30% of the countries adult population now considered over weight …its time for each one of us to take a stand and put a stop to the pandemic…one person at a time …I know we can do it with knowledge and personal fortitude.

This is the time of the year that the “Battle of the Bulge is upon us and all the advertisers are in the trenches everyday, fighting for our attention. Especially the diet companies, because they know all about this obesity pandemic going on in this country.  Every year, around the holiday season, all the diet plans hit the market.  We have to ask the hard question…do any of them really work to help solve the overweight problem that many have?

Well yes, some do a real good job if they are followed correctly and for the recommended time.  Others don’t …they’re here for the season and then they’re gone just as fast as they entered the market…they’re gone because the plan simply didn’t work.

Every year customers spend in excess of 30 billions dollars on these diet plans…

…hoping to get a fast fix for their obesity problems.  However, most of the diet plans don’t work and add to that …the individuals buying these plans don’t stick to the program for more than a month and then fall back into their normal everyday bad eating habits …either because of the cost, the inconvenience or the plan doesn’t fit into their personal lifestyle.

Listed by surveys, it is estimated that at any given time …about 30-50% of Americans are on some sort of a diet plan …unfortunately, it is sad that about two thirds of them will gain the lost weight back again in three to five years, unless they change their eating habits, lifestyle and put together a personal exercise program that fits…and stick to it.

Not only will the exercise program help to increase your overall health …it will use up those excess calories as energy while maintaining your personal exercise program.

Always remember this number.  There are 3500 calories in a pound.  It’s mathematics …if you want to lose some pounds …consume less fattening food (less calories) and increase your activities and burn off those extra calories …as always drink plenty of clean fresh filtered water and 2-4 ounces of the “best tasting aloe” everyday …as an added benefit, check out Super ForceONE the energy/weight loss product at  healthysystems.com …remember, there are 3500 calories in one pound…consume 500 less calories per day and you’ll lose one pound every week…500 X 7 = 3500…it’s mathematics…know your supplier!
